Every year at Christmas time the freshmen
class takes over and does a change drive to raise money for 12 needy
children in Canon City. After the money is collected they go to
Wal-Mart and other local stores to buy a variety of gifts. Every
child is given a Christmas tree ornament and a stuffed animal.
Depending on the child's age and interests they receive gifts that fit
them.
