VOLUNTEERS
NEEDED FOR TEEN COURT
Students
must be willing to serve Teen Court as: Jury Member, Attorney, Bailiff, Clerk,
and Victim’s Advocate
Qualifications:
-
Must be between 14 – 18
years of age
-
Must be Dependable and
Responsible
-
Must be able to be objective
-
Must have the ability to work
with others
-
Must be able to volunteer 2-4
hours, 1-2 times per month (2nd
& 4th Tuesdays)
-
Must be available from 5:00
– 7:30 p.m. on court nights
-
Must follow through with
commitment
-
Must be able to attend a
training session
Benefits:

Provides experience in
judicial system and volunteer work

Teen
Court is citizenship in action
-
Hours
volunteered in teen court qualify for service learning credit in your high
school.
How
to apply:

Pick up application form in
the counselors’ office.

Mail
or return the application to the Fremont County Teen Court at the address on the application.
