Position Description
Campground Host. A campground host is needed to oversee two small (12
unit) campgrounds at the Shelf Road Recreation Area. The area is a world
renowned sport rock-climbing (limestone) site. The campground host is
needed primarily to meet and greet campers, collect camping fees, and
report any problems to the local BLM office. Other optional duties
include general clean-up around the campground and light trail
maintenance. Annual visitation to the area is approximately 22,000.
